We want to make the ordering process as simple, convenient and secure as possible for you. That's why we offer you a wide variety of options to choose from.

If you are in the district of Rosenheim or often nearby, then you are welcome to come by and take the things with you. Simply select the "Pick up" option in the check-out.

Yes, but only by bank transfer, because for security reasons we don't want you to give us all your secret credit card details. Our telephone opening hours are the same as those of our showroom .

You're welcome. However, you have to go to the country to do so. In our showroom we can get everything from stock that you see online. You can try it, pay in cash or by card and take it with you right away. All information, opening hours and the address can be found here: Showroom .

We have a smartphone and tablet app for iOS and Android , which show you the same products and which you can use to order just as quickly and securely.

Exchanges and returns

Of course you can return or exchange unworn, unused (it's ok to try it on, but don't drive 100 km with it and sweat a lot ;-)) within 14 days.

The easiest way is to call us within the cancellation period on +49 8067 2040 000 or send an email to support@badandbold.com.

For a return from Germany or Austria, we will email you a DHL return label, which you can stick on the package and hand in at the nearest post office. Please return everything including the original packaging and complete, e.g. including the clothes hanger.

To protect the goods, please use the packing silk with which the items were packed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or only with the inscription "Retoure", as this costs us penalty postage.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service abroad. Please frank yourself and declare it as a return. Thank you for your understanding.

As soon as we have received the goods and checked them, we will initiate the repayment to you. This usually takes place within 1 to 3 business days. The corresponding amount will then be refunded to the same account with which you ordered. It may take a little longer for credit cards, but it should be credited again with the following monthly statement at the latest.

Choose from the following payment methods during check-out: credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa), ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal, purchase on account, payment in installments (via Klarna) or bank transfer.

We know that you may not expect to pay shipping costs for orders above a certain amount. In return, we offer a completely free return within Germany and Austria and your exchange will also be delivered without additional shipping costs. Since DHL doesn't give us anything for free either, we think it's a fair deal.

Normally you will receive an e-mail with the bank details as soon as your order is processed. But here are our bank details to be on the safe side:

Please make sure that you state the order number as intended purpose.

We find this postal service disproportionately expensive and it is too much extra work not only for the postman but also for us.

The payment method PayPal or the Trusted Shops buyer protection offer you full security and a very simple refund if you have any doubts about us or the goods.

All our shipments to other European countries are sent with the appropriate customs documents. Depending on the country, DHL or the local parcel service will take care of the customs clearance and charge you for it.

Customs duty and sales tax are therefore added to the price you pay with us. However, the German value-added tax of 19% will be deducted at check-out.

Some dealers offer the possibility of refunding the VAT if they import the goods themselves, in return for the return of the original invoice confirmed by customs.

The delivery must be made within Germany, while the billing address is in a non-EU country.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for technical reasons! Please note this before ordering from us and have the goods sent VAT-free directly to your country that is subject to customs duties.

VAT is automatically deducted at check-out after entering the billing and delivery address in a non-EU country.

Due to the large number of deliveries to our beautiful neighboring country, we now have to pay sales tax there as well. We have an Austrian tax number (ATU 68724035) and therefore have to charge 20%.

Service

We want to make you feel good about ordering the right one.

We only offer high-quality original goods and have committed ourselves to the manufacturers to comply with the sales price specified by them. We don't see ourselves as discounters either, there are others for that.

If you find something much cheaper, please check beforehand whether it is a sample part or a defective B-stock. Or whether this shop actually has the goods in stock or you have to wait for days or maybe you don't get them in the end.

You are welcome to send us the link or name the provider on the phone, then we will try to check whether everything is working properly.

We send out an email newsletter every few weeks. In this we inform about new goods and new labels or other promotions. You can simply register at the bottom in the "Stay up-to-date" box.

Or you can simply take a regular look at our " New in our range " section.

We can ask the supplier if they still have something in stock. Call us or write a short email which article you want and in which size. As soon as we know something, we will get back to you. However, since the suppliers are often based abroad, the answer and the delivery time can take a few days.
